BREAKING ITEM: Tonight's agenda includes a communication from the Mayor appointing Marc A. Dashield as Acting City Administrator. Google indicates Mr. Dashield is currently Assistant Township Manager for Franklin Twp., in Somerset County. Franklin is a participant in a prestigious study called the "New Jersey Initiative", cosponsored by the Eagleton Institute of Rutgers University and the Maxwell School of Public Affairs at Syracuse University, with major underwriting by the Pew Foundation. He resides in South Brunswick.
